At Maxsan Publications, we offer both digital and physical delivery of publishing services and products.
1. Digital Deliverables:

Services like editing, typesetting, and DOI assignment are delivered via email or your dashboard.

Delivery timeline varies by service and will be clearly communicated upon project initiation.

Once delivered, digital services are considered final and non-returnable.
2. Printed Books (if applicable):

Printed copies are shipped via trusted courier partners.

Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned during checkout or invoicing.

Delivery timelines depend on the location and printing volume (typically 7–14 business days).

Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
Return & Refund Policy
Maxsan Publications follows a transparent refund policy based on the nature of services:
1. Service-Based Deliverables:

Due to the personalized nature of publishing services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started.

If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting processing charges) may be applicable.
2. DOI, CrossRef & Indexing Services:

These services are registered externally and non-refundable once processed.
3. Printing Errors:

In case of damage or printing error in physical copies, we will offer a free replacement.

You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment, along with photos of the issue.
Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Once work begins or files are submitted for ISBN, DOI, or printing, cancellation is no longer possible.
