Shipping Policy

At Maxsan Publications, we offer both digital and physical delivery of publishing services and products.

1. Digital Deliverables:

  • Services like editing, typesetting, and DOI assignment are delivered via email or your dashboard.

  • Delivery timeline varies by service and will be clearly communicated upon project initiation.

  • Once delivered, digital services are considered final and non-returnable.

2. Printed Books (if applicable):

  • Printed copies are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned during checkout or invoicing.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the location and printing volume (typically 7–14 business days).

  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy

Maxsan Publications follows a transparent refund policy based on the nature of services:

1. Service-Based Deliverables:

  • Due to the personalized nature of publishing services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started.

  • If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting processing charges) may be applicable.

2. DOI, CrossRef & Indexing Services:

  • These services are registered externally and non-refundable once processed.

3. Printing Errors:

  • In case of damage or printing error in physical copies, we will offer a free replacement.

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment, along with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Once work begins or files are submitted for ISBN, DOI, or printing, cancellation is no longer possible.
